Hollywood Slots & Hotel: This project included the fabrication, finishing and erection of five different cold formed metal panel types. All panels were finished and staged at a warehouse in the local area prior to delivery to the site. The Gaming portion of the project and the Hotel podium (1st story and mezzanine) included 158 curtain wall panels prefinished with EIFS - some as large as 10 feet by 42 feet - and back up panels for brick veneer located at the Gaming and Hotel entries. The six floors of the Hotel tower included 324 panels all load bearing. The exterior wall panels were prefinished with EIFS. Each floor included interior shear wall panels and a panelized floor system. Throughout this process, while working under extreme winter conditions, Porter Drywall was able to construct an entire floor of the Hotel in just 8 days.
